The nomination Web site will be closed after this date and late entries will not be considered for 2015 awards.
Submission details
Name of the nomination
Name of the project, company or individual nominated for the award category.
Award Category nomination
Choose a category from the list.
Contact for the nominee
Provide the name, title,e-mail address, and telephone numbers for the nominee(s).
Written Narrative
All nominations must contain brief written narratives that will not exceed 600 words. The narrative should describe the activities and accomplishments of the team or individual during fiscal year 2014. It should address all criteria relevant to the nomination category, including quantifiable results and other relevant implementation and management successes
Relevant criterias and quantifiable results should refer to:
Numbers: Size of contracts, growth, percentage changes, market share
Employment & Growth in recent years
Innovation & Value addition
Future Expansion Plan of the organizations
Entrepreneurship approach & Future Plan for growth
Community Engagement in awareness building & skill development
If a company is submitting the same entry in more than one category, each entry must be submitted separately.
Any additional pages will be uploaded separately from the introductory written narratives.
